Mike Andridge

Mike is a strong advocate for creating a healthy lifestyle for all of his adult life. This includes health of mind, spirit and in his field: physical body. Mike finds that when the physical body is performing at its peak, the mind and spirit also will perform at a stronger level. He feels it is so important to find an activity or regiment that works for you as a person. “Many people need a personal trainer for that quality one-on-one time, someone who challenges them to go to the next level and has their best interest in mind”. Mike believes that he can help in this department in the offering of different exercise techniques; but even more, the ability to recognize personal strengths and work them to your advantage.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in health and physical education from Eastern Michigan University. He has worked in the personal fitness field, part-time, for several years now. As well teaching physical education and health at a local junior high school, Mike also coaches volleyball for a local high school.

Mike would look forward to meeting with you personally, and helping you find the balance to keep something like your own health at a fair and balanced level.
